Power of Visualization

A picture is worth a thousand words. An image is always more powerful. As a self transmission tool you can use it. The power of visualization was graphically revealed. Let us take a look of it by an evidence.

Story of Natan Shranskay

He was a jew living in communist Russia and he was accused of being an American spy. He was thrown into jail. He describes the condition in jail they were so bad. For 400 days he was in the Siberian jail the worst of them all. His prison cell was 4/3 feet where he used to live. Now in such a place you body will start deteriorating due to lack of exercise. The brain  will also start deteriorating. He had this will to remain alright. Of course for his body he would do anti-gravity exercises. But what to do for the brain? As a child he was  fond of chess. So he said I will play chess in the mind. Now you keep 64 squares in the mind. Naturally, it will ba a big gymnastics. Every day he used to play chess in his in mind. And with whom to play? So he would say why not play with world champion. The world champion in those days his name was Gary Kasparow. So he used to play with Gary in the mind. He stay in jail for 12 years. After 12 years when Bill Clinton became the president of USA. He made an appeal to the Russian government. And the Russian government released him. He went out of jail and he went to live in Israel where he became a cabinet minister.

Now Gary Kasprew, came on a visit to Israel. These grandmasters and world champions play demonstration matches. In the demonstration match they will take on five players at a time or forty players at a time. Now on this day Gary Kasprew was playing one against five. He defeated four of them, but he lost to one person. And the person whom he loss was Natan Sharansky. The reporters asked him, “Sir, how did you defeat the world chess champion? You are not a grandmaster of anything of the sort”. He said, “ You know for 12×365 days I was defeating him everyday in my mind. So I had got programmed to defeat ”. Like as you keep typing it become natural for you. So, to defeat him was the most natural thing because he had visualized it again and again and again. He had programmed his subconscious for victory against the World chess champion. That was the power of visualization

.

We are having a habit of making new year resolutions. I will get up at 5’o clock everyday, I will do this, I will not do that like we write the newyear resolutions in the diary and we close the diary. So the words which we wrote within few days they have slipped out and the whole year passes by. On next newyear again we remember oh, new year resolutions. One day a person went to gym on January 3, there were heavy crowd. The person asked the gym manager, “What’s goimg on? Are you running out of space? The gym manager replied, “ Sir these are new year resolution people, you wait for 10 days everything will be back to normal. The same new year resolution if we had made it with images, you visualize everyday in the morning at 6 .00 I am going to gym or I am doing Yoga or whatever and kept that image for one minute. You would not have forgotten it.

That whatever dreams or goals you have just visualize it a minute before going to sleep and after wake up. When you do it again and again definitely it is going to happen one day.
